Mepandes, which often called metatah or potong gigi (teeth filing), is once-in-a-lifetime ceremony of Balinese Hindu to show the appreciation to God because their child has leaving their childhood and become mature.
Our photographers at Zoom Bali are very enthusiast to help capturing this precious ritual and arrange it into a classy photograph album. This photo series was taken in Sanur, 20 January 2011.

We at Zoom Bali are very proud to have been chosen by BMW Asia Pte Ltd to covering the BMW EfficientDynamics Eco Drive event, from Sep 30 to Oct 04 2010, in Conrad Bali, Tanjung Benoa.
As the first-time Eco Drive event held by BMW Asia in Indonesia, the event itself introducing the idea and technologies behind BMW EfficientDynamics which known as the lowest emissions rate in the auto industry through driving technique tips from world-class instructors as well as real-life test drive for the journalists and readers of media across Southeast Asia.

Pesta Kesenian Bali (Bali Art Festival) had been held for 32 times annually by the government to cultivate Balinese arts and cultures since 1979. On this year, the festival will be held on June 12 – July 10 in Art Centre, Denpasar, with various activities each day. At the opening ceremony yesterday, we had assignment to exclusively capture Teruna Teruni Denpasar (Denpasar’s youth) photographs wearing Balinese attires and costumes that we’ve uploaded some of them on this post.
