Michelin Star Dining Experience - Experience fine dining at its best. The St. Regis Bali Resort invites Michelin-star chef Fernando Pérez Arellano for a weekend of exquisite and refined gourmet dining this November. The award-winning Spanish chef, who is also Executive Chef of two-Michelin Star restaurant Zaranda at Castell son Claret Hotel on the island of Mallorca will showcase a curated degustation menu for a Michelin Star Dining experience at Kayuputi restaurant from 10 – 12 November 2016.
The resort also invites you to join the finale to this epicurean experience by joining the Full Moon Midnight Supper Event at the stunning Cloud Nine Terrace on Monday, 14 November 2016, where Chef Arellano will prepare a curated menu with wine pairing. The gastronomic excellence will start with cocktails and canapés at 6 pm before the dinner starts at 7 pm with special performance by the fine Australian jazz vocalist, Eva Scolaro.
